Returns & Refunds policy

Artworks (original paintings) and prints are non-returnable items. An exception is made if agreed upon in advance—in this case, if the painting is not liked and it was agreed upon beforehand, it can be returned within 1-2 days of receiving it—shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Exception - if there is irreparable damage/defect caused by us before shipping. In such cases, we accept the item back within 14 days of receipt. If something happens to the item during shipping, we will repair or replace it if possible.

T-shirts - can be returned/exchanged within 14 days* of delivery unless otherwise specified for the item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

*Items that have been purchased during store clear outs or flash sales cannot be refunded or returned.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Prints

Only Original Art items may be refunded. Unfortunately, prints cannot be refunded.

Shipping:

To return your product, you will receive shipping information in your email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
